General Policies

  • All balances must be paid in full 48 hours before delivery
  • At the time of delivery, please look over your merchandise. Signing upon delivery is your acceptance of the merchandise in your home.
  • All mattress sales are final and cannot be returned
  • Manufacturer delivery dates are estimates and cannot be guaranteed
  • You have 24 hours from the date listed on the invoice to cancel your order for a full refund, make changes to your order, or reschedule delivery. In all cases, you must contact Customer Service 24 hours prior to your scheduled delivery date to avoid a $75 restocking fee.

Customer Pickup Information

Our Customer Pickup/Clearance Center is 16960 Mesamint Street, Rancho Bernardo 92127.

Purchases on our web site require the purchaser to be present at the time of pickup to show valid picture ID and the credit card used.


Custom & Extended Catalog Orders

Custom Orders are according to a customer's own specifications and requirements.

Extended Catalog Orders are items not stocked in our warehouse or displayed in our stores. We order these items specific to your needs.

A non-refundable 25% deposit is required to order your furniture.

Manufacturer delivery dates are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

We will call you once your furniture arrives in our warehouse. You will need to schedule delivery within 15 days of being notified that your merchandise has arrived in our warehouse. Any order not delivered within 30 days will be subject to cancellation. The 25% non-refundable deposit will be charged as a restocking fee and merchandise will be released.


Refunds

All sales made at a showroom or online are final.

Mattresses and other bedding items are not returnable.

For health reasons, drivers will not pick up mattresses that are wet, excessively soiled, or blood stained from your home. We will pick up one mattress for every mattress delivered.

All refunds, except bankcards/credit cards, are issued by check from Corporate Offices and mailed to your home. Please allow ten (10) days once your check has cleared.

Deposits on accounts with no activity for more than 30 days can be used for in store credit only.


As-Is Merchandise

All as-is merchandise sales are final. Jerome's does not accept returns. We do not deliver as-is merchandise.
