Warranties & Service
Jerome's objective is to offer you quality furniture at the best available price.
For one (1) year from the date of delivery, Jerome's will repair free of charge any manufacturing defective merchandise located within the San Diego, Riverside, San Bernardino, Orange, and Los Angeles Counties.
All damages including wood damage (chips, cracks, or scratches) must be reported within 5 days of delivery or it will be considered in-home damage.
All Warranties are to the original purchaser accompanied by a sales receipt.
What We Cover:
- Loose Seat Cushion Core. We will repair loose seat cushion cores, including parts and labor, for 1 year. Loose seat cushions must be brought to a Jerome's store or Service Center.
- Wooden Frame. We will repair the wooden frame on your upholstered furniture including parts and labor for 5 years.
- Electric Motors. We will repair the electric motor on your power motion furniture including parts and labor for 1 year.
- Pickup and Delivery Charges. Pick up and delivery charges are free in the first year in San Diego County only for warranty-related issues.
- Select Recliner Parts. Some manufacturers will provide replacement parts for recliner mechanisms for 2-5 years provided parts are still available from the manufacturer. Customer pays for installation and transportation.
Exclusions:
- Clearance Merchandise is sold as-is. There is no exchange, refund, return, or service.
- Fabrics–fading or wearability
- Customer modifications including fabric protection
- Fabric protection
- Electrical components (other than motors)
- Customer modifications
- Normal body depressions in mattresses
- All Clearance (As-Is) merchandise
- Damage caused by negligence, accident, or furniture used for purposes other than it was intended including commercial use
- Damages or defects not reported within 5 days
- No warranty on Jerome's Bloopers merchandise.
We are not responsible for service items left at our facility for over 30 days.
