As-Is Merchandise

Q: What is As-Is merchandise, and does it come with a warranty?

As-is merchandise includes accessories, floor models, and clearance items. Unfortunately, these types of merchandise do not come with a warranty.

Jerome's Delivery

Q: Do you deliver outside of San Diego?

Yes. Currently, Jerome's delivers to San Diego County, Riverside County, Los Angeles County and Orange County. We deliver to most locations within the San Diego and Los Angeles Metro areas. Please call if you have further questions.

Q: Does my Jerome's Delivery include assembly?

Most items include assembly. Items that do not include assembly will be labeled as "assembly required by customer".

Q: What tools do I need to assemble furniture?

Generally, assembly requires common household tools such as a Phillips screwdriver, flat-head screwdriver, tape measure, or wrench. Refer to assembly instructions for specific tools.

Q: Do I have to wait at home all day for Jerome's Delivery?

We cannot accommodate specific time requests. Please choose a day that will allow you the most flexibility. We can call you at work, call a friend, relative, or neighbor to meet the drivers at your home. For your convenience, we will contact you the night before delivery with an estimated 4-hour timeframe. Please keep in mind we are an all day delivery service and this is an estimate.

Q: Can I get a timeframe for Jerome's Delivery?

You will receive an email, text and phone call the night before delivery with your 4-hour estimated delivery timeframe. If you do not receive this information, please call 888-537-6637 [OPTION 2] after 9:30 PM the day before delivery. Delivery is open Monday through Sunday from 6:00am - midnight.

Q: Can you text me when my Jerome's Delivery is on the way?

A: We will text you the night before to confirm your delivery. You will also get a text message when the delivery is on its way to your address.

Q: What if I miss my scheduled Jerome's Delivery?

Please notify the Delivery Department of any changes at least 24 hours prior to delivery.

Q: Do I need to confirm my Jerome's Delivery?

Yes. When you receive the delivery call, text and email please reply by any one of these methods. If we do not receive confirmation, the order will be removed from the schedule and you will need to contact us to reschedule for another day. 


Q: Can I return my furniture?

You may change your mind before delivery for any reason. Merchandise cannot be returned once you have accepted delivery.


Q: Can I order an extra leaf for my table?

We cannot sell a table leaf separately from the table. Each leaf is cut when the table is made; therefore, additional leaves are not available.

Q: Where can I find the dimensions of a piece of furniture?

Q: What is the difference between California and Eastern King bedding?

Eastern King- 76" wide x 80" long
California King- 72" wide x 84" long

Q: What is a ridge or hump in the middle of my mattress?

Mattresses manufactured today use greater amounts of filling materials such as cotton, foam, wool, and silk. The ridge in the center is a result of the filling materials compressing in the independent sleeping areas of each partner.

Q: What is the California Recycling fee?

Millions of mattresses and box springs reach the end of their lives in California every year. Fortunately, almost 90 percent of each used mattress is recyclable, and certain components such as steel, wood, cotton, and polyurethane have positive market value. State law requires retailers to collect this fee on any mattress and box spring sale to fund the state's mattress recycling program.
