Returns & Refunds

General Policies

  • All furniture and mattress sales made in a showroom or online are final
  • All mattresses and bedding items are not returnable
  • All refunds, except for purchases made by bankcards and credit cards, are issued by check from our Corporate Office and mailed to your home. Please allow ten (10) business days once your check has cleared
  • Deposits on accounts with no activity for more than 30 days can be used for in-store credit only
  • To reschedule your delivery or make changes to your order, contact Customer Service at (866) 633-4094 24 hours prior to your scheduled delivery date or a $75 restocking fee will apply

Limitations on Mattress Removal

  • We will pick up one mattress for every mattress delivered.
  • For health reasons, our delivery drivers will not pick up mattresses that are wet, excessively soiled, or bloodstained.
