Filing a furniture claim

The steps to file a furniture claim depend on when you purchased your furniture protection:

January 1, 2019, or later

If your claim is a manufacturer-related issue within the first year of purchase, please contact Jerome's.

To request service for a manufacturer related issue outside of the first year of purchase, stains or accidental damage, please contact Furniture Care Protection at (888) 705-4001 or email them at claims@furniturecareprotection.com.

September 2, 2014, through December 31, 2018

If your claim is a manufacturer related issue within the first year of purchase, please contact Jerome's.

To request service for a manufacturer related issue outside of the first year of purchase, stains or accidental damage within 30 days of occurrence, have a copy of your Guardian Furniture Protection Plan and a receipt showing the purchase of the protection plan. Please visit Guardian Protection online at jeromes.gppclaims.com or call 877-680-2621.

On or before September 1, 2014

To request service for a manufacturer related issue outside of the first year of purchase, stains or accidental damage within 30 days of occurrence have a copy of your receipt showing purchase of the protection plan. Please contact Guardsman at (800) 253-3957.

Steps to file a claim for a mattress pad:

  2. Locate the product code for your mattress pad
