The steps to file a furniture claim depend on when you purchased your furniture protection:

To request service for a manufacturer related issue outside of the first year of purchase, stains or accidental damage within 30 days of occurrence, have a copy of your Guardian Furniture Protection Plan and a receipt showing the purchase of the protection plan.
