Big news San Diego! Now get Same Day Delivery on orders placed as late as 6pm any day of the week. We understand that with your busy schedule, it's often difficult make time to shop during the day. That's why Jerome's has extended our Same Day Deliveries until six o' clock! Our huge distribution center and large fleet of delivery trucks allows us to have your furniture to you the very same day, including Saturday and Sunday! With Same Day Delivery, you'll have just enough time to make space for your new furniture.

Delivery Information


For you convenience, an automated system will call you the night before delivery with an estimated 4 hour timeframe.
For any delivery questions or information regarding your timeframe, please call (866) 633-4094 (OPTION 2) 7 days a week from 7 am to 11pm.

Deliveries are closed the following U.S. Holidays:

  • Easter
  • Thanksgiving
  • Christmas Day
All balances must be paid by 3pm the day before delivery.

Pre-Delivery Checklist:


  • Do we have the correct delivery address and phone numbers where you can be reached?
  • Do we need a map for your new area?
  • Do you have elevators, narrow stairs, or other special delivery obstacles?
  • Will the furniture fit through the doorways and hallways?
  • Do you have access to the property?
  • Will someone be available all day to accept delivery?
  • Is the room cleared? Our drivers cannot move your existing furniture.
  • Please be sure to have someone 18+ available to accept and sign for delivery.
  • If you need to cancel your delivery, please notify us at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled delivery
  • All balances must be paid before scheduling delivery

Other Important Information to Remember


We are an all day delivery service. For your convenience we are able to provide an estimated 4 hour timeframe. Please keep in mind that this is only an estimate and it may change based on day of delivery delays (traffic, accidents, etc). We will keep you informed if a change occurs.

You will receive an automated call the night before delivery with an estimated 4 hour timeframe. If you miss the call, please call customer service at 866-633-4094 option #2 between 7am and 11pm, Monday thru Sunday.

For your convenience, we will be more than happy to provide you with a 30 minute call ahead on the day of delivery. Please confirm the number we should be calling. Let us know if you would like to receive a call ahead.

Please have a responsible person over the age of 18 at your home to accept delivery.

Our insurance does not permit out drivers to move your furniture or electronic equipment.

Are we picking up your old mattress?


We will gladly pick up one mattress set for every mattress set we deliver. For health reasons, we are unable to pick up mattresses that are wet, excessively soiled, or bloodstained. We will not pick up bedframes.

Day of Delivery


Our goal is to make sure you are satisfied. In order to do this, we will need to ask you a few questions when the driver has completed the delivery. The driver will ask to use your phone to call a toll free number. Before calling, please take a few minutes to thoroughly inspect your merchandise. It is important that you are satisfied with the merchandise you are accepting. The call will take approximately 1 minute. They will ask you questions such as:

  • Have you inspected your merchandise?
  • Is your merchandise placed where you want it?
  • Have they removed the packing material and trash from your home?
  • Are you satisfied with your delivery?


They will then ask to speak to the driver again. This will complete the delivery process. We appreciate you taking the time to help us ensure that you are satisfied.
