The Manhattan is known for its incredible amount of storage space. In addition to the case pieces, the bed features 2 shelves in the headboard and 10 drawers, 8 full size under the bed and 2 smaller in the headboard (Twin bed has 8 drawers 6 under the bed and 2 in the headboard). Each piece is constructed of solid pine and select hardwood veneers and set in an clean lacquered espresso finish with beautifully exposed grain texture. Beveled drawer fronts and simple hardware complete the look of the Manhattan.
