Last week at the Jerome’s store in Corona we had a very unusual, but heartwarming occurrence. It’s worth sharing.
An 11 year old girl walked into the store with her mother and asked for Jeremy on our sales floor. She had shopped our store 6 months earlier with her mother and fell in love with the Premier mattress with an adjustable base.
Her mother told her she’d have to save her allowance for such a large purchase.
We hear that a lot in our stores. What we rarely see is the little girl coming back 6 months later having actually earned the money and ready for purchase.
WOW. Hats off to the mom for raising such a responsible young lady and snaps to one of our youngest customers.
Seems she’s all set for sleeping late during her teenage years.
Great Story – we need more of this kind of thinking!
